Welcome to your newly-renovated home in beautiful north Phoenix with 2x month PROFESSIONAL HOUSEKEEPING of the common areas and bathrooms, and FREE HIGH-SPEED internet, utilities and laundry facilities. The kitchen is equipped with Upgraded appliances, including a large fridge, gas oven and stovetop, and microwave. (A minifridge is also available in your room for a small additional charge.) Lockable individual storage rooms (in the garage) are also available for an additional fee. Each bedroom has a work station, comfortable bed, overhead fan and light, nightstand and a separate reading light. Situated between Thunderbird and Cactus Roads, this Paradise Valley community is highly desirable and close to all Phoenix has to offer. The neighborhood provides nearby public transit and has quick access to the 51 Freeway, shopping and virtually anything else you could want. We strive to be responsive hosts and to provide excellent service to help make your stay comfortable.
