Your refund options vary based on the timing of your request, ensuring fair and flexible solutions at every stage of your PadSplit journey. Here's what you need to know about our refund policies:

 

Before Your Move-In: Check out our Move-In Cancellation Guide for details on pre-move-in refunds.

 

On Move-In Day: We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Please see our Move-in Day Refund Guide for more information.

 

After Move-In: For information on refunds after you've moved in, please see our Move-Out Refund Guide.

 

In all cases, refunds may take up to one week to process.
