Your new home awaits! This completely renovated historic Richmond home is waiting for you. This PadSplit has a spacious porch, washer and drier, living room, and styled to feel like a fun, funky place to call "home." The renovation took a year to complete and has exposed duct work, high ceilings and contemporary style. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge with water filtration and water purification systems, stainless steel farmhouse sink, oven with an air frier, stovetop, as well as basic cookware. The neighborhood is close to public transit, which means you won’t be far from all Richmond has to offer. Our home is run by a nonprofit that helps house LGBTQ youth experiencing homelessness around the country. Living here helps our organization and our volunteers solve bigger social issues nation wide. This home is an LGBTQ safe space.
