Turn off lights and electronics when not in use.
Keep your items in your assigned pantry space and
designated refrigerator area.
Report any water leaks, roof problems, or AC issue
to management immediately.
Non-essential maintenance requests will be address
within 72 hours.
Do NOT overflow bins. If the kitchen bin is full:
Remove the bag, tie it securely,
place it in one of the designated trash bins
in the garage (two large bins, one small black )
Always replace the trash bag with a new one
from the roll inside the bin or the kitchen.
Notify management if supplies run low.
A trash rotation schedule will be posted
on the fridge unless a volunteer is managing week
