No kitchen appliances in bedrooms
Due to the nature of co-living, no guests allowed
No overnight guests allowed
Quiet time is observed from 10PM to 7AM daily
No outside furniture allowed
No food or drinks in the rooms (even snacks)
Put trash cans on the curb on pick-up days
Clean the Dryer filter each time after using it
Periodic inspections (common areas & bedrooms)
Room inspections will be made with prior notice
Keep the house clean and sanitized
Keep the KITCHEN and BATHROOM clean and sanitized
Always flush the toilet, close the seat after use.
Maintain the property in good condition.
Coliving also comes with shared responsibilities.
