It also boasts 2 full washer/dryer sets that can be used for your personal laundry as part of your weekly rent. Rooms 3, 5, and 6 have smart TVs. Their are also exterior cameras.
The neighborhood is near highways with access to 3 bus lines within 1 mile. There is also a grocery store within 1 mile and several convenience stores under a mile! You won’t be far from all Houston has to offer.
If you own a vehicle and there are no house spots available, be aware that the only nearby parking is in the neighborhood behind the property.
