Each bedroom has a queen mattress, bed frame, laptop desk, chair. The surrounding location is up-and-coming and very quiet with a lot of new construction condos & townhouses. Close to bus stops such as bus number 29 and the purple metro trail station Palm Center. Cleaning for common areas is included in your rent. Very strong preference for selecting long-term residents who want to live here for longer than 12+ months.
