The common areas (kitchen and the main shared bathroom) will be cleaned professionally every other week. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop, and microwave, making it the perfect spot to whip up a meal or two. Each room comes furnished with a private working desk, chair, a queen-size mattress and bed frame, a nightstand, and a lamp Eac. ((PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING RULES THAT WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED: NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY. NO GUESTS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME.
