(PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING RULES THAT WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED: NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY. NO GUEST ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. THESE 2 RULES ARE REALLY IMPORTANT TO PROTECT MEMBER'S SAFETY.
*WE WILL BE NOTIFIED IF YOU SMOKE INSIDE THE PROPERTY. ALSO IF YOU BRING A GUEST OVER WE WILL KNOW THERE ARE CAMERAS THROUGH OUT THE PROPERTY.

No animals except approved service animals
No kitchen appliances in bedrooms
Due to the nature of co-living, no guests allowed
No overnight guests allowed
Quiet time is observed from 10PM to 9AM daily
No outside furniture allowed
No smoking or lighting up anything on the property
No outside guest allowed at ANY TIME.
Dishes must be washed when use not left at sink
Common areas need to be kept clean
Camaras are in common areas for safety
Member's violating the rules will be contacted
Do not remove or disconnect camaras
Do not flush toilet paper or wipes down the toil
Make sure to ALWAYS lock both back and front doors
Please wear proper clothes outside your room
No candles or open flams inside of the property
Trash needs to be taken out every day.
