Move into a cozy House today! Newly-renovated and comfortable, this is the perfect place to call home. Each bedroom has an electronic lock for added security and safety. The common areas (kitchen and the main shared bathroom) will be cleaned professionally every other week.
The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop and microwave making it the perfect spot to whip up a meal or two.
Each room comes furnished with a desk, chair, a full size mattress and bed frame, night stand and lamp. Each room has a true closet and fan as well.
The neighborhood is close to public transit, and you won’t be far from all Dallas has to offer. There are 4 bathrooms so you won't be sharing a bathroom with as many house mates. Two rooms have a private bath, one bathroom is shared between two bedrooms (Jack n Jill) and the last bathroom is shared between four rooms.

This room is the second largest room in the house at 110 sq ft! Share the bathroom with only ONE housemate who is not there >75% of the time due to travel (you have the bathroom basically all to yourself). This room is ideal because it is not near common areas and is more quiet for your comfort.
