Quiet time is observed from 11PM to 7AM daily

Do NOT pour cooking oil down the kitchen drain
Store shoes in the shoe rack
Do not leave dishes in sink for more than 24 hours
Don’t use someone else’s stuff without asking them
Air out the unit while or after cooking
Take out the trash/recycling if you see it full
Clean the bathroom on alternating weekly basis
Leave mail that belongs to roommates on counter
Communicate to roommates about company in advance
Keep noise at a respectful level
Present yourself respectfully in the common areas
Guests have to stay in the host's bedroom
Communicate to roommates prior to any changes
Personal convos should be in room or balcony
Airdry large pots and pans at bottom of dishwasher
