No kitchen appliances in bedrooms
Due to the nature of co-living, no guests allowed

Quiet time is observed from 11PM to 7AM daily
No outside furniture allowed
Keep common areas clean for others
No smoking inside; A $200 cleaning fee will apply!

Loud music is not allowed
Please be mindful of quiet hours (11pm - 7am)
Dishes/Kitchen must be cleaned within 2hrs of use
Overnight guests not on booking won't be allowed
If company is staying overnight an ID is required!
You will be required to sweep, mop, vacuum, trash
Bathroom must be cleaned (shared responsibility)
For 1+ month stays we kindly ask you to chip in on
Paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, etc. if out
I will work with you to resolve any issues!
