Your new home awaits! This comfortable Riverdale home is waiting for you. This PadSplit has a Backyard and Dining area, and it’s cozy and comfortable. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop. The neighborhood is near Highway 85, which means you won’t be far from all Riverdale has to offer. WHILE MEMBERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING THE HOME WE PROVIDE CLEANING SERVICES TWICE PER MONTH OF ALL COMMON AREAS. WE ALSO PROVIDE QUARTERLY PEST CONTROL SERVICE. Cameras are located on the exterior and in all common areas for security and safety of Members.
