Huge double storey house in a quiet neighborhood. 2 levels with 7 rooms and 5 bathrooms. Newer appliances in a modern kitchen. Large patio with sofas off kitchen and dining rooms for smoking outside only (smoke what you like). Large dining room area that is available for tenant use. Rooms spread out for minimal contact with other guests. Tons of street parking because we are on a side street. Walmart and restaurants are a 5 minute drive away
