Huge double storey house in a quiet neighborhood. 2 levels with 7 rooms and 5 bathrooms. Newer appliances in a modern kitchen. Large patio with sofas off kitchen and dining rooms for smoking (smoke what you like). Large dining room area that is available for tenant use. Rooms spread out for minimal contact with other guests. Tons of street parking because we are on a cul-de-sac. Walmart and restaurants are a 5 minute drive away
