Move into a cozy House today! Comfortable and homey, this is the perfect place to call home. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop, making it the perfect spot to whip up a meal or two. The neighborhood is quiet, and you won’t be far from all Atlanta has to offer. WHILE MEMBERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING THE HOME WE PROVIDE CLEANING SERVICES TWICE PER MONTH OF ALL COMMON AREAS. WE ALSO PROVIDE QUARTERLY PEST CONTROL SERVICE. Cameras are located on the exterior and in all common areas for security and safety of Members.
