Move into a Cozy House today! Comfortable and modern, this is the perfect place to call home. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop and microwave. The neighborhood is quiet, and you won’t be far from all Atlanta has to offer. We are a Smoke Free Property. WHILE MEMBERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING THE HOME WE PROVIDE CLEANING SERVICES TWICE PER MONTH OF ALL COMMON AREAS. WE ALSO PROVIDE QUARTERLY PEST CONTROL SERVICE. Cameras are located on the exterior and in all common areas for security and safety of Members.
