Will my weekly rate ever increase?

Both PadSplit and our Hosts are committed to providing affordable housing for Members, however sometimes rate increases are necessary for a Host to continue operations. For example, Hosts may raise room rates to accommodate a premium stay (additional occupants or minimal commitment). 

Hosts may increase a room rate before a stay begins and every 30 days thereafter (up to a $100 increase*). Please check the listing before booking to see if your Host's rate may change according to certain booking requirements.
