When are my Membership payments due?

We want to make your PadSplit experience as smooth as possible, starting with clear information about your payments. Let's break it down:

 

Customizing Your Payment Schedule

When you book with PadSplit, you have the flexibility to:

  • Choose your Dues Day (which day of the week you'd like to pay)
  • Select your payment frequency (weekly or biweekly)
  • Pick your preferred payment method:

Your Billing Timeline

  • We bill you two days before your chosen Dues Day
  • Your payment is due by the end of your Dues Day (11:59 PM EST)

Avoiding Late Fees

  • A $25 late fee will be applied if you carry a balance past 11:59 PM EST on your Dues Day
    • Example: If your Dues Day is Friday, we'll invoice you on Wednesday. To avoid a late fee, payment is due by 11:59 PM EST Friday. If you carry a balance past 11:59 PM EST Friday, you will receive a late fee. 

Staying in Good Standing

To maintain your PadSplit Membership:

  • Keep your balance below $300 after your Dues Day
  • If your balance is $300 or more, you'll have 48 hours to reduce it
  • If the balance remains $300 or higher after 48 hours, your Membership will be terminated and you will be required to leave the property

Example Timeline

  • Dues Day: Friday
  • Invoice sent: Wednesday
  • Payment due: Friday by 11:59 PM EST
  • Late fee applied: Saturday at 12:00 AM EST if balance remains
  • "Termination Risk" status: If balance is $300+ after Friday at 11:59 PM
  • Membership termination: Sunday at 11:59 PM if balance is still $300+

How do I know what I owe and when I will be billed again? 

You can view your billing schedule and payment history under the "Finances" tab of your Member Dashboard.
