Balances $300 and greater
We want to help you maintain your PadSplit membership and avoid any disruptions. Here's what happens if your balance reaches $300 or more:
- You will receive automated communications concerning late fees, payments and your risk of having your Membership terminated. Our Collections team will call with reminders to pay your balance.
- You will be placed in financial probation for the 48 hours after your Dues Day. You must bring your balance under $300 during this time or your Membership with PadSplit will be terminated.
- If your balance is still $300 or greater 48 hours after your Dues Day, your Membership will be terminated and you will need to vacate the property.
For example, if your Dues Day is Friday and you fail bring your balance under $300 by Friday 11:59 PM EST, you will:
- Have a $25 late fee added
- Be placed in Termination Risk status for the next 48 hours. You must bring your balance under $300 during this time period
- If your balance is still $300 or greater on Sunday at 11:59 PM EST, your PadSplit Membership will be terminated and you will be required to leave the property
If your PadSplit Membership is terminated for an outstanding balance, you will not be able to return to PadSplit until you:
- Promptly vacate the current property
- Pay your balance in full
