Payment Dispute Policy

Before Disputing a Payment
We understand that legitimate billing errors can occur. If you believe there is an error with your charges, we recommend:

  • Reviewing your payment history in your account dashboard
  • Gathering any documentation that supports your payment concern
  • Contacting Member Support if you have questions about a charge before disputing it with your credit/debit card company

Dispute Fee and Multiple Disputes
Fraudulent disputes are against the PadSplit Membership Rules. PadSplit will action on the following policies when you dispute a payment with your credit/debit card company:

  • Each time you dispute a payment with PadSplit, a $20 processing fee will be applied to your account.
  • Multiple payment disputes may result in your PadSplit Membership being terminated. If your Membership is terminated, you will be required to leave the property and you will be unable to book with PadSplit again.
