Move into a cozy House today! Spacious and comfortable, this is the perfect place to call home. This quiet neighborhood has plenty of parking and is close to public transit, shopping and dining. Great golf course views from the private back patio. The main kitchen comes equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances as well as all basic cookware. The kitchen contains a large pantry and the fridge has a water and ice dispenser. There is also a secondary smaller kitchen with a sink, microwave and a second full size refrigerator/freezer. Your safety is our top priority, every bedroom has an automatic locking door keeping your belongings safe when you are not in the home. Each bedroom has blackout curtains to maintain your privacy. As the home is only 25min to the strip you will be close to all that Las Vegas has to offer.
