Room has a moody/industrial feel. The ceiling has painted exposed ducts and pipes... Feels like you're in a loft. It's spacious, offers a lot of light & has LVP floors. Located downstairs on the front of the home and next door to the shared bath w/stand-up shower and a 2nd washer/dryer. Fresh Paint!
