There is a brand new washer and dryer set inside the spacious laundry room.
The neighborhood is quiet, but you won’t be far from all St. Augustine has to offer.
Only 0.7 miles from I16 and Master Rd which are on the public transit route (The Sunshine Bus Company- staugbch.com). Only 0.4 miles to Dollar General and less than 2 miles from drugstores and food shopping.
