Who can be in my home/what does a PadSplit member look like?

PadSplit Members are the same people you interact with everyday. It’s the person serving your food, delivering your Amazon package, or the security guard at your office. PadSplit Members should not have a felony conviction within the past 7 years or have more than 1 eviction. Applicants must provide proof of employment or income (see our Membership Criteria). PadSplit does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or familial status.

Although PadSplit does not require renter’s insurance, we highly recommend you obtain a renter’s insurance policy for yourself. PadSplit, its subsidiaries, or hosts will not be liable for damage to or theft of personal property.

Host may have the option to approve booking requests and/or utilize enhanced screening.
