What time can I arrive at the house on move-in day?

We're excited for you to start your PadSplit journey! Here is some important information about the timing of your move-in.

Address and Lock Codes

PadSplit prioritizes our Members security and only shares your address and lock codes on move-in day. These will be sent to you via email and appear in your Member Dashboard.

Move-In Hours

Your Host has set specific move-in hours to ensure a smooth experience. You can find these on your dashboard before the big day. Arriving during the designated move-in hours not only ensures support if needed but also protects your eligibility for assistance or refunds should any issues arise.

We recommend checking your move-in hours in advance and planning accordingly. 

Time to Settle In

While most move-ins go quickly, we suggest setting aside a few hours. This gives you plenty of time to get comfortable in your new space without feeling rushed.
