What is “Enhanced Screening”?

As a host, you can decide to enable “Enhanced Screening” on a per-property basis. This screening considers additional criteria about a prospective member that helps identify potential risk in a membership application. If a host has enabled enhanced screening for a particular property, some members who otherwise would qualify for PadSplit membership may not be able to book that property.

To enable Enhanced Screening, navigate to the “Settings” section of your property page in your Host dashboard.
