What is Enhanced Screening?

Some of our Hosts opt for a more detailed screening process. This helps them better understand potential Members and identify potential risk. 

Why It Matters to You

• The data you enter during the application process will be used to determine if you meet the enhanced screening criteria.
• Some Members may not be able to book a particular property if they do not meet the enhanced screening criteria.
• If you do not meet the criteria, you will see a message on the listing.
• Don’t worry if you don’t meet the criteria- there are still plenty of fantastic homes to book!
