At PadSplit, we put you in control, offering housing that evolves with your changing needs and goals. That's why we offer you the freedom to transfer to a new home within our extensive network, with your first move completely free. This unique flexibility empowers you to explore different neighborhoods, find a better living situation, and seize new opportunities without the usual hassles and costs of relocating.

Getting Started

• Visit your Member Dashboard
• Look for "Room Transfer" section 
• Browse available homes 
• Select your perfect match

Financial Details 

• Ensure your account has a $0 balance
• Note any difference in room rates as you will be responsible for this amount
• Your first transfer is free! If you have used your one free transfer, note that you will be charged the new room’s move-in fee.
• Note that Members who have utilized the move-in fee installment plan will be billed for all remaining installments left from their previous occupancy at the time of transfer. If the transfer is canceled, the installment plan cannot be reinstated.

Booking Your New Home 

• Browse all available options, consider location and amenities
• Read room and house descriptions carefully
• Remember that some homes may require host approval
• On the day of your transfer, don’t forget to complete the move-out form in order to be refunded for your last day
