At PadSplit, our Hosts work hard to provide quality rooms for all our Members. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you encounter any issues during your move-in, here's what you need to know:

Reach out: It’s important that you message your Host right away.

Your Host is Your Go-To: For the quickest assistance, reach out to your Host first. They're familiar with the property and can often resolve issues on the spot. Be sure to clearly describe the problem when messaging.

PadSplit Support is Your Backup: If your Host is not responsive or has not provided a reasonable accommodation for your problem, please reach out to our dedicated Member Support team. Call us at 770-373-7863 or email support@padsplit.com.

Document the Issue: Take photos or videos if applicable. This helps us understand and address the problem more effectively. In certain cases, you may be eligible for a refund. Review our refund policy for more details.

Allow Time for Resolution: While many issues can be fixed promptly, we appreciate your patience as your Host works to resolve the situation in an appropriate time frame.

That's why we offer you the flexibility to transfer to a different home within our extensive network, with your first move at no cost. This unique option empowers you to find a living situation that better suits your needs, without the usual hassles and costs of relocating.
