How do I remove my home from the PadSplit Platform?

You may terminate your relationship with PadSplit at any time by following this process:

  • Notify PadSpit Support (support@padsplit.com) about your intention to remove the property from PadSplit.
  • Deactivate all available rooms. 
  • PadSplit will start the Member relocation process (Members must be given 30 days notice)**. You should follow along with this process by keeping in touch with PadSplit Support.

**NOTE: PadSplit will encourage Members to relocate to other properties, but if Members refuse, the Host will be responsible for evictions. There may be early lease break penalties incurred depending on your agreement with PadSplit.
