How do I know if my move-ins are going well?

At PadSplit, we are actively working on features to give you insights into Members’ experiences in your home. Currently, we are showing information around Member move-in ratings. Go to the Metrics page in your dashboard to see trends over time, property breakdowns, comparisons to other homes on the platform and individual feedback! 

Remember, move-ins are an important part of the Hosting experience and have an outsize impact on Member satisfaction and tenure. Move-in ratings are also factored into your Property Score.
