Do Members sign leases? What are the minimum stays?

At the time of booking, you will be required to choose either a default commitment period of 12 weeks or pay a one time fee of $175 for unlimited flexibility.  You can transfer to a different PadSplit at any time with no penalty, even if your commitment has not yet expired.
