Disputing a Membership termination or fine

PadSplit strives to provide a fair environment for all Members. If you believe your Membership was wrongly terminated or you were incorrectly fined, you can submit a Dispute Request.
To be considered under our Dispute Policy:
- Use the Dispute Request Form within 7 days of the termination or fine
- PadSplit will review your case within 7-14 business days
- We'll notify you of the result via email
- Clear and convincing evidence is required for consideration
Please note:
- PadSplit retains the right to terminate Memberships or issue fines in certain situations. Your Host always reserves the right to terminate your occupancy in their properties and/or formally file for eviction.
- If disputing Membership termination, you must move out first. If approved, you can apply for a new room, but not with your former Host*

A Notice to Vacate from a Host is not disputable with PadSplit

Ratings and Member Scores are not disputable
*In some cases, a single Host may own all of the PadSplits in an area.
