Instant Book 

• Our quickest option
• Your booking is automatically confirmed with no waiting period!
• This option is great when you need to move quickly

Host Approval Required

• For this option, the Host of the home will review your request
• Make sure to introduce yourself and share why you're interested in their home
• You will receive a response within 24 hours 

Enhanced Screening 

• Some homes have additional requirements set by individual hosts 
• If you do not meet the criteria, you will see a message on the listing

Making Your Search Easier

• Use filters to find exactly what type of booking you want
• Look specifically for "Instant Book" if time is important
• Read full house descriptions 
• Don’t worry if you don’t meet the criteria or are not approved to book a specific room- there are still plenty of fantastic homes to book!
