Your voice matters! Every two weeks, you have the opportunity to share your thoughts and help improve your living experience. Here's how you can make a difference:

Share Your Feedback:

  • During Payment: 
    • If you use autopay, watch for an email with a quick survey link  
    • Manual payers will see the survey prompt during the payment process
  • Anytime: 
    • In the App, scroll down on your homepage to find the “Rate your house” button
    • On the web, go to your Ratings tab to find the “Rate your house” button

Making the Most of Your House Rating: Focus on aspects your Host can directly influence. This helps them make meaningful improvements to your living space.

  • The following feedback is not normally within Host control and should given to individual PadMates using the Member Ratings feature instead:
    • Interpersonal issues 
    • Cleanliness of common spaces 
    • Noise complaints
  • Specific maintenance requests should be made through our maintenance ticketing system, not through house ratings.

Remember, your honest feedback is invaluable. We encourage you to leave positive feedback as well as constructive. It helps create a better living environment for everyone in the PadSplit community.

A Note on Fairness: We appreciate your thoughtful approach to ratings. PadSplit may review ratings to ensure they're being used appropriately and constructively.
