How do I request a letter of recommendation from PadSplit?

At PadSplit, we're excited to help you take the next step in your housing journey! As a valued member of our community, you may be eligible for a letter of recommendation to support your future housing applications.

Accessing Your Letter If you qualify, you can download your letter of recommendation directly from your dashboard at any time during your stay. Go to “Settings” and then “Registration” and scroll down.

Qualification Guidelines We're happy to provide letters for Members who have demonstrated commitment to our community values. You're eligible for a recommendation when you:

• Maintain a positive payment history with no outstanding balances
• Keep your Member Score at 3 or above 
• Are an active member or have moved out within the last 90 days
• Have never been banned or evicted from a PadSplit home
