I just moved into my PadSplit and I can say this is a God send. From an easy move in process and affordable rates to extra benefits like credit building and Teledoc! PadSplit is definitely a great resource to use if you are trying to really improve your life in an affordable way!
Easy enough to enter a little info and voila! As easy as Air BNB but cheaper.
It’s was easy to find. Clean on the outside with great neighbors. Interior is clean cute and very welcoming. My room feels like my own it is very spacious including the bathroom. NO COMPLAINTS.. #GREAT
Great way to go if you need to move away from mom and dad or even for jobs that travel but have lengthy job times at each location, ie: traveling nurses or substation lineman. The place I was staying at in

I needed flexibility, a safe and affordable place to live and help to do so fast. Padsplit delivered. Keep in mind, you still get what you pay for. I now pay $248/week to get the perks I have-like a private bathroom, large room and fewer roommates. This is my preference, we all have our own. You can always start smaller like I did and work up: Padsplit supports transfers and improving one’s lot. My credit score has also gone up since joining. I can, with good conscience, refer others. I want people housed and to be given a new start.
I highly recommend finding a space with padsplit. I had the hardest time finding a roommate and this got me a new place.
I love it here. I have great pad mates. We respect each other and get along very well. Easy to apply and move in. Not paying utilities helps me save money and rent payments helps to increase my credit score.
First Time using this platform and so far so good my room wasn’t completely ready when I arrived however, Michelle their house manager was a rockstar and made everything better within an hour. At first I was scared to do something like this, but once I got to my padsplit. It was good. Nice and clean. The padmates are respectful and stay to themselves. I felt comfortable and safe at bedtime. Would definitely recommend.

I love it at PadSplit 🩷 it’s very clean, semi private although it’s shared housing. My pad mates are friendly hardworking and respectful. To make it 20x better the home itself is very safe and secure. I’m loving it so far… it’s a good choice if you need a starter home or don’t mind living with other people. The home owner is very responsible, very helpful and very respectful. So far I have NO complaints. Will recommend if you are looking for affordable housing.
When I checked in, I immediately unpacked. My room had everything I needed, with a location out of this world, at a price I can afford. I plan to be here until I can find a home of my own… Blessing from GOD #Seriously

PadSplit sends a LOT of notifications; be ready to get inundated. That said, I was fortunate to stay for two and a half years with an EXCELLENT host and I’m pleased that most of my PadMates turned out to be pretty cool.
My house was flooded by hurricane Milton. My host Mikey had me transferred to a new house super fast. Padsplit has taken great care of me and their response to the hurricane has been amazing.
PadSplit is the greatest app that I could’ve possibly found, and it has allowed me to have housing for myself, as someone who can’t afford to get into an apartment, this has been an absolute life saver, and over the past few years, I’ve been a tenant at a few different parts of town in the Dallas-Fort Worth area due to moving, and each of the houses have been so nice, and you feel like you have the place to yourself because everyone has different schedules and sticks to themselves, it’s great.
I recommend PadSplit at every chance I get!
I have been using PadSplit since April of ’24’. I haven’t encountered any negative experiences with the service. Very reliable assistance via email and phone. Transfers are easy if you want to upgrade to a bigger place or downgrade to accommodate costs and your finances. My current host in Las Vegas Eddie is a very helpful and genuine individual. The PadSplit system works.
I have a PadSplit in Florida and I love it! My room had more than most….a full size bed, nightstand, dresser, mini fridge, desk with chair, and a 60” smart TV! Also a window that shows the lake!

Have been renting through padsplit for about 2 months now. Have been surprised by how easy of a process. The location is great, the house is nice, my room is perfect for just me. There is minor cleaning and upkeep other than that everything is covered. The host has been super quick to respond and maintenance issues have been resolved efficiently and thoroughly. The app makes everything super easy to navigate. Overall I am extremely pleased.

Life. Saver. I was applying for some low income apartments. Rather than just say no, they drug their feet for 2.5 months and gave me reason after reason as to why I could not move in yet. Final straw was when they called and told me my bank statements had been shredded. Padsplit to the rescue with an affordable place to live in less than a week. I could have been homeless otherwise. Awesome app.

I arrived at my new home and to my surprise it’s wonderful. Thought my room was going to be tiny, but also to my surprise it’s quite large. This is my second day here and I have no complaints everywhere is clean, it’s quiet. I’ve met two of my roommates and they were very nice PadSplit you’re the best thing that’s happened for me!!!!
