PadSplit ranked in the top 10% overall at no. 290 on Inc. Magazine’s list of fastest-growing private companies. We’re also listed as the 12th fastest growing real estate company nationwide.
Our founder, Atticus LeBlanc, started PadSplit after being frustrated by affordable housing programs that were too slow and expensive to address the current shortage.
“It may have been my idea, but I don’t deserve the credit. Our growth is fueled by many thousands of residents who wanted more choices, hundreds of Hosts who invested their savings, and over 160 of our team members who continue to give all they have to “care, show it, and prove it” every day — one room at a time.

As the country’s largest co-living marketplace designed for the workforce, we’re proud to be recognized as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States. Our model addresses the housing crisis by aligning incentives between property owners, cities, and workers who seek affordable housing, such as grocery store employees, daycare workers, and security guards. To date, we’ve helped more than 10,100 residents find an affordable place to live.
We’re proud of our growth and will celebrate this milestone, but we also recognize there’s still much work to be done in support of our vision. The housing shortage is getting worse in every city and town in the country, and we need more creative solutions to increase supply and decrease barriers to access for the workforce.”
